I have demonstrated my abilities by manufacturing a top rated product of my own invention (patented valve for SCUBA drysuits) for more than a decade. Presently owned equipment is far to labor intensive to realize much profit.
I am seeking capital to purchase land, building, equipment, advertising, and additional startup overhead.
For this first phase, I am seeking a silent partner willing to invest five hundred thousand dollars in exchange for half interest. I anticipate changing form in phase two to a corporation within two years, and then seeking venture capital in the range of two to five million for expansion. Phase three will be public offerings around five years from now.
