The Aquanuts owned a WWII converted LST,
but just as often dove from the shores along Hood Canal and Puget Sound.
The Dolphin was a pool/dive shop owned by one of their members,
(Ken Stevens -third photo - color)
and served as a focal point for meetings. Years later the shop's compressor
was donated to Lacey fire dept. with the provision that they fill tanks for
divers for free, as progress made way as South Sound Mall.
